We want you to love your purchase from The Hot Court. At the same time, we are a small independent brand producing limited drops, so the following policy applies.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery provided that:

The item is unused and unworn

The item is in original condition and packaging

Proof of purchase is provided
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
We do not provide prepaid return labels.
Items returned without meeting these conditions will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund:

Items damaged due to improper use or care
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

Original shipping costs are non-refundable

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to be processed
If an item is returned used, worn, or damaged, no refund will be issued, and the item may be sent back to the customer at their expense.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different size or item, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:
