Processing times may vary during product drops, holidays, or high-volume periods.

Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.


Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Once an order has been shipped, The Hot Court is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, customs, or other factors beyond our control.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear after receiving your shipping confirmation.


Lost or Stolen Packages

The Hot Court is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered by the carrier.

If you experience an issue, please contact the carrier directly using the provided tracking number.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses, and reshipping fees may apply.
